THE RESILIENT CULTURE PACKAGE
For the whole crew
This package is for those seeking to equip their staff well for the inevitable moments of "culture testing" associated with change and growth.

Through a series of 6 trainings, your staff will learn:
  • How to turn moments of disagreement or damaged trust into opportunities for deepening relationships
  • How to set up a brave conversation for success
  • Practical processes for avoiding shame and reactivity when you receive feedback
  • How to share feedback with others in a way that draws out the best of who they can be and helps them tap into a growth mindset
  • Individual practices for easing feelings of stress, worry or even dread about the changes at hand

Staff trainings are delivered live, virtually. The package also includes a copy of Mindful Improv Thinking: Build a Culture of Resilient Trust for each staff member and a virtual Q&A book event with Andrea open to anyone who reads it.
TRAIN-THE-TRAINER
For Internal Culture-Focused Teams
This package is for those on the frontlines of staff reaction to change. It provides them with evidence-based methods for bringing people along the change journey, dealing with pushback and preventing burnout in the process.

What's included:
  • A 2-day training in-person training in which they'll learn evidence-based methods for effectively engaging change-resistant team members, responding to pushback and navigating moments of disagreement, tension or fear from team members.
  • Post-training support for this team through both 1:1 and group sessions giving them opportunities for additional skill development as well as review of particularly difficult staff interactions.

This package is appropriate for leadership, HR, Change Management or other culture-focused internal teams tasked with facilitating dialogue, providing coaching, leading staff trainings and otherwise walking team members through the process of change.

COACHING

The Mindful Improv Thinking framework creates results when it moves from intention to execution. In other words: when your people actually start using these methods in uncomfortable, frustrating or hurtful situations. It's easiest to do this with a little support and accountability, which is exactly what our coaches provide. This coaching program is unlike any other. Here's how:

  • Opt-in only - This program is designed to be a resource available to those who would like confidential support for a brave conversation or difficult situation that is hindering their ability to collaborate with authenticity, joy and peace.
  • Whole-person approach - Our coaches are qualified to support your team members with personal or professional matters. This is of critical importance since collaborative capacity is often impacted by situations outside of work. Plus, the skills they learn for addressing those situations can be readily used for any workplace conflict arising in the future.
  • Open to everyone - Culture is created by everyone at your company, not just your executive leadership team. When anyone can reach out for brave communication support (E.G., sharing their perspective, offering feedback or advocating for their needs): you create a culture where everyone wins.
  • Flexible framework - Unlike coaching programs that prescribe a set number of sessions for each participant, this program is built with the understanding that every person and every situation is different. Participants can choose the number and frequency of sessions, within your parameters. If only one session is needed, only one session is used. There is no push for billable hours that aren't necessary for the client!
  • Participants choose their coach - Many people find it easier to receive advice and guidance of this sort from someone with they identify with. This is more easily achieved when they can select who they work with rather than having one person assigned to a contract. Our process allows your participants to choose their coach and switch at any time.
  • Purchased hours don't expire - To make this service available to your people, you'll purchase a block of hours. These hours never expire and you're billed for time, not sessions. So, if someone uses 30 minutes of coaching, you still have 30 minutes remaining of the hour that was purchased.

We've developed our coaching program to feel like a gift and a helpful resource, not a punishment or corrective measure.
