How can we serve you?

Thank you for your interest in connecting with the Center for Mindful Improv Thinking! Here are some quick answers to questions you may be wondering:

• Our staff trainings include demonstrations of improv games in which WE do the improv using suggestions from your team members, but no one will be put on the spot to DO improv themselves.
• Our workshops include game play in which everyone participates in the improv games. We encourage clients to make workshops available on an opt-in basis only.
• We incorporate mindfulness activities such as breathing exercises, journaling prompts and other reflective activities in which your team is invited to participate, but will never be required to share.
• Our trainings are always ​live and can be delivered virtually or in-person. 
• We are fully registered to do business with the federal government.
